Medium: Cast Bronze, White Oak, and Indigo-Dyed Fabric

This installation is an ode to the faint memory of my grandmother’s house. The house was demolished when I was around five due to inheritance disputes.
These bronze oranges slowly unravel, creating lower pitches as they progressively lose their resonance.

The windchimes ring while we eat oranges in the hot, cramped living room, competing to see who can create the longest continuous orange peel.
